Stef,

This is really a wonderful program for those of us who haven't made the transition to fully automated imaging. Thank you for sharing this.

Does GoToFITS support rotators and specifically the Optec Pyxis rotator? If not, this would be a great help. I know that it reports the sky angle, but not having yet installed my rotator I didn't know if this was going to correct when I moved the OTA to the target.

I don't know it your response will appear only here of if it will also go to my email. If it doesn't do the latter, I would really appreciate it if you could email me your answer. cabissi@comcast.net Thanks.

Yes, it's a good little utility if you don't have a full automation package or don't need one. For simple setup and shoot scenario's it's very efficient.

At some point I will add rotator support but since I don't use one, testing will be difficult unless I completely trust the simulators. Before I add rotator support, I need to add focusing with FocusMax and FilterWheel awareness to the plug-in which I plan to do in the not too distant future.
